What are your operating hours?

Our preschool operates Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Office hours are 9-11 AM and 3-5 PM.

How do I schedule a tour of your preschool?

Tours can be scheduled by filling out our online “Schedule A Tour” form or by calling our office during business hours.

How much is tuition at Lyrical City Preschool?

What is the student-to-teacher ration in each class?

Our teacher-to-student ratios are designed to ensure personalized attention and a supportive learning environment. For Infants, the ratio is 1:4 with a maximum of 3 teachers and 8 babies. In the Toddler room, the ratio is 1:6 with up to 3 teachers and 12 toddlers. Both the Preschool and Pre-K rooms have a ratio of 1:12, each with a maximum of 3 teachers and 24 children.

What curriculum do you use for the different age groups?

We offer a developmentally appropriate curriculum tailored to each age group, incorporating both play-based and faith-based activities.

Are meals and snacks provided?

We provide nutritious snacks daily for children over one year old. Parents are required to provide meals for their children.

What is your policy on potty training?

We support potty training in our Toddler and Preschool rooms, which cater to children aged 2 to 3.5/4 years. Our staff works closely with each child to develop their potty training skills before they move up to the Pre-K room. We expect children in the Pre-K room to be fully potty trained.

Do you offer any programs for infants?

How do you ensure safety and security for the children?

Our preschool adheres to all state health and safety regulations, and we have secure entry systems and trained staff to ensure a safe environment. All teachers are CPR and health and safety certified.

What qualifications do the teachers of Lyrical City Preschool have?

All our teachers meet the California state requirements, holding a minimum of 12 Early Childhood Education (ECE) units. Additionally, they are experienced in early childhood development and are committed to continuous professional development to provide the best educational experience for your child.
