Hi! My name is Ms. Kristal and I am the toddler lead teacher. I have been working at Lyrical City preschool since June 2021. I graduated with my Bachelor’s in child development from Cal State Long Beach in 2018. My teaching experience began with infants but I discovered my love for teaching toddlers at Lyrical City Preschool. I love to witness the growth and development of each child with each new day. I also love being able to create a fun environment in my classroom.

When I’m not teaching, I am fishing!  I go fishing about once or twice a week. I also love to cook and spend time with my husband and family. Lyrical City Preschool is like my second home, I feel blessed to be working here.

My name is Miss Diana, and I’m so excited to be part of your child’s learning experience this year as a teacher assistant. I’ve been at Lyrical City Preschool for almost a year and have worked in the education field for over five years.

I’m currently working on my BA in Early Childhood Education and have a strong passion for helping young children grow in every area of their development. My goal is to support each child not only academically and socially, but also in kindness, compassion, and confidence, reflecting God’s love in all we do. I believe every child is uniquely created with purpose, and I’m committed to walking alongside them with patience, joy, and grace as they learn and grow.

Outside the classroom, I enjoy hiking, spending time with my German Shepherd, and going camping with my partner. I’m looking forward to a wonderful year filled with faith, fun, and learning together!

Hi, I’m Ms. Jessica! 

I am 29. My favorite colors are lime green, orange, and yellow, and my favorite animals are hedgehogs and ferrets. My favorite flowers are tulips and sunflowers. Outside of the classroom, I love photography, acting, directing, and gaming.

I started working here in August 2024; however, I have been teaching in some capacity since 2019, and I love creating a classroom where children can learn through art, hands-on activities, and imaginative play. I believe children learn best when they can explore, create, move, and use their imagination. I also have a special focus on behavior and special education, and I strive to create an environment where every child feels understood, supported, and included.

I’m so grateful to be part of our school and church community and to have the opportunity to help each child grow, discover their strengths, and become their own amazing selves!

My name is Mrs. Karla and I have been a Preschool Teacher for 11 plus years. I obtained my teaching credentials from Laguna Technical College. I’m passionate about creating a warm and nurturing environment where little ones can explore, learn, and grow.

I believe in the importance of fostering a supportive and joyful atmosphere for toddlers, where every day is an adventure in discovery. My goal is to encourage curiosity, build foundational skills, and celebrate each child’s unique journey.

Outside the classroom, you might find me hiking with my husband, cheering on the Dodgers with my son, or shopping with my daughters. God has led me to be a part of Lyrical City Preschool, and I am excited to be a part of your children’s lives.

Hi everyone! My name is Miss Ivonne and I am one of the Assistant Teachers in the Toddler room. I am currently going to school for my Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education. It has always been a dream of mine to work with children and guide them along their educational journey! My goal is to always have a great day inside & outside our Toddler classroom. Besides caring for children, I also love to create art, and some other hobbies of mine include: going to art museums, concerts, hanging out with my 3 dogs, and spending time with my friends and family. My family and I have a business which is a food truck called Guac n Roll Tacos. We are currently located in the OC area, join us for one of our events & I hope you like the food!

I am a Brea resident and have been working at the Lyrical City Preschool, first as a part-time teacher and now as a substitute, since 2008. I am married to my husband of 28years. He is the President of a Spice company in Anaheim. We have two boys, Sameer and Armaan. My two boys are my pride and Joy. I love to cook and eat. I love to shop and do things around the house. But the best of all, I love my little babies at the Preschool and that is my life-long dream to take care of the little ones. I sometimes wonder who these little precious lives will become one day – Astronaut! Sportsperson! or even the President of the U.S.A !!
